I am curious to see which voice would be everyone's favourite. I absolutely LOVE the voice of Blackthorn. Kind of Clint Eastwood-ish. You do a great job, Mr. Jeffrey!

Yes, well Clint was definitely the model, of course. When I do voices for the podiobooks, I kind of have to figure out what *I* can somewhat reasonably perform -- and try to match that against what i heard in my head when I wrote the part. I definitely always saw the Arturo Gyp storyline as an existential spaghetti western or Dark Tower-esque thing, so doing Blackthorne Clint-style seemed the way to go.

Jeez... It's not fair to choose! I loved them all. But, I'm going to say Ian or Max. Ian: I love hearing other's attempts with accents. I thought MJ (haha) did his British voice flawlessly. Of course, I wouldn't be the one to judge that sort of thing, with being virtually enshrouded by American culture and all (: Max: I like his voice because he's my favorite character, and I'm biased :D

Well of course they are ALL good. MJ does a smashing job. I also found some of the Blackthorn lines very comical BECAUSE of the tough-guy voice. For example, I walked around the house for 2 weeks saying "Aren't you gonna ask if I want some tea?" (Sorry can't remember the exact words anymore!) Too darn funny!
